About The Woodlands
The Woodlands apartment block was completed in 2025. It provides accommodation for independent residents aged 55+ and has studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments available.
All suites include a full kitchen, in-suite storage, and either a balcony or patio. The Woodlands also offers storage lockers on each floor for tenants that do not have in-suite storage as well as bike and scooter storage and charging stations.
Suites on the back of the apartment overlook Garry Oak woods and meadows, home to a family of deer. The front has wonderful views of Mt. Tolmie and the Olympic range to the south. Woodlands' residents are welcome to attend a range of social and recreational programmes offered in The Cedars.
Rent includes:
Hot and cold water
Laundry room on each floor
Reduced rates on meals at The Cedars dining room
85 units of mixed subsidized and market rents
People looking for subsidized units will require an active BC Housing file number. It will take several months for a file number to become active after applying.
