Notice of Public Hearing on Zoning Bylaws
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING for the purpose of a PUBLIC HEARING will be held in
the SAANICH MUNICIPAL HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS, 770 Vernon Avenue, Victoria, BC, V8X 2W7, on TUESDAY,
MAY 11, 2021 at 7:00 P.M., to allow the public to make verbal or written representation to Council with respect to the
following proposed bylaws and permits.
A. “ZONING BYLAW, 2003, AMENDMENT BYLAW, 2021, NO. 9701”
PROPOSED REZONING FOR A FOUR-STOREY, 85-UNIT APARTMENT BUILDING ON CEDAR HILL ROAD

The Cedars is restricted entry to essential visitors only i.e. staff, care workers medical personnel.
Family and friends can visit but outside of the building, walking the grounds. Please do
not visit if you are exhibiting any symptoms of illness. If you or your close contacts have
travelled please refrain from visiting until you have completed 14 days of self-isolation.
All deliveries are to be left at the front desk and residents will collect from there.
No guests will be allowed in the dining room until further notice.
